Scope | The company invites reputable EPC companies (DPR registered and licensed) with proven experience in installation of Gas Compression Plants, and execution of modifications in a live gas plant, to apply for consideration to tender for the Gbaran Nodal Compression Project. The scope entails engineering, procurement and installation of a 400MMscfd capacity NAG Compression Plant (adjacent an existing Central Processing Facility – CPF) and tie-in of process and utilities lines to the CPF. As the works will be carried out close to and in a critical live gas plant (CPF), HSE and technical expertise in similar scope is mandatory. The proposed contract is planned for award in Q4, 2016, with a proposed duration of about thirty (30) months The scope of work covered under the proposed project shall include the following: • FEED verification • Detailed engineering design for the 2 x 200MMscfd NAG compression modules, associated utilities, tie-in and civil works • Procurement of equipment (inlet scrubbers, inlet/discharge coolers, instrument air compressors, fuel gas package, HV/LV switchgear room / FAR, etc). • Procurement of bulk materials (piping, structural steel members, valves, cables, instruments, consumables, etc) • Project Management • Site preparation (clearing, stripping, sand filling, etc) • Piling, construction of new foundations and other civil works (including perimeter and in-plot roads and drains) • Transportation (land/marine) of all materials and equipment to site (including construction equipment and the 2x200MMscfd compressor modules) • Installation of 2x200MMscfd compressor modules, ancillaries, interconnecting piping, utilities and tie-in to existing CPF • Co-ordination and interface with the compressor vendor • Pre-commissioning / commissioning, demobilisation and project close out |
