Scope | The company bids for completing horizontal screw pump with steam turbine and base plate. * A-Operation Condition:- Pump type: three Screw, horizontal foot pump Service: blend asphalt Capacity M 3 /hr.:25 Suction pressure Kg/cm2 G: - 0,4 Discharge pressure Kg/cm2 G: 9 Differential Pressure. Kg/cm2 G: 9.4 Pumping temperature 160-210 °C Sp.Gr @ P. T: 0.925 NPSH avail. M: 6 - NPSHR should be at least 1 meter less than NPSHa Sulphur content (4.5 - 6.5 %) Viscosity: 1100C.S Speed of pump shall be not more than 1500rpm Steam condition:- Pressure max: 16 Kg/cm2 G Pressure normal: 15 Kg/cm2 G Pressure min: 14 Kg/cm2 G Temp. max: 260 °C Temp. min: 240 °C Exhaust max: 3 Kg/cm2 Exhaust min: 2.5 Kg/cm2 * B-Pump:- I-Pump should manufacture, according to API 676 last edition 2- Single mechanical seal according to API 682 should be fitted (the pump should be contain one mechanical seal) 3- Pump should be equipped with relief valve, fitted on the pump 4- Flexible Meta stream coupling dynamically balanced between pump and turbine 5- Non - sparking coupling guard 6- Fabricated steel base plate 7- Three sets hard copies and on (CD) standard documentation including installation, operation and maintenance manuals in English should be as BUILT (data sheet, performance curve, section drawling, part list and layout contain an dimension shall be supplied) 8- Mechanical seal manufacturer: John Crane, Eagle Borgman or Flowserve. 9- Pumps origin shall be from (USA, Europe, Japan, Australia, or Canada) 10- Pump shall be manufacture with replaceable internal liner 11- Pump shall provide steam jacket. 12- Spare part for emergency maintenance shall be supply as following bellow: I-Mechanical seal complete: Qty = 2Nos 2-Set of rotor include (One driving spindle and two Idler spindles): Qty = 1Set 3-Pump inserts (liner): Qty = 1 Nos 13- Third party inspection by one of the following inspectors: (visual inspection) - BUREAU VERITAS (BV) - LlOYD'S REGISTER - INTERTEK GLOBAL - TUV RHENLAND - DNV 14- QA inspection and testing including but not limiting the following: - Mechanical run test. - Material certification required. - Subsurface examination for rotor by ultrasonic method. - Hydrostatic test. - Performance curve 15- Certificate of origin shall be provided from the manufacturer and legalized by the Iraqi Embassy in the country of origin 16- Ambient temperature from -8 to 55 °C 17- Location of pump in outdoor. 18- Suction and discharge nozzle connection should be opposite side position. C-Steam Turbine:- 1. Turbine shall be of in between bearing design. 2. Turbine shall be back pressure design. 3. Turbine radial bearing shall be sleeve type with antifriction ball bearing for thrust. 4. Bearing shall be ring lubricated type water cooled with water specification 2. 5 bar 35 °C. 5. Governor shall be TG-13 Woodward type. 6. Turbine shall be manufacture completely according to API 611. 7. Carbon ring floating sealing ring for both side. 8. Turbine shall be furnished with tachometer mechanical + electrical. 9. Adequate cooler if necessary. 10. Turbine shall be designed to develop 120% of the rated power required for any specified operation for the driven equipment. 11. Turbine casing shall be of material code steel with sentinel valve warning. 12. Testing and balancing shall be according to API. 13. Noise level shall be less than 85 dB at 1 meter from the turbine. 14. Turbine shall be horizontal split design. 15. Turbine inlet shall be furnished with strainer. 16. Turbine shall be furnished with mechanical over speed trip. 17. Turbine manufacturer: skinner, Dresser-Rand. 18. Inlet (high-pressure steam) from left and the outlet (low pressure) from right view from governor. 19. Inspection and testing according API 611 |
