| Scope | The company bids for supply the following:- 1- Line pipe, the pipe manufacturing seamless, carbon steel material conforming to SATM (A 106 GRB), hot finished for high temperature service, dimension according to ANSI (B 36.10), beveled ends to ANSI (B 16.25), protected against rust, black inside & oiled outside, with two beveld end protector, length (6 or 12 MTS). 2- Elbow (90o) long radius seamless carbon steel conforming to ASTM (A- 234 GR WPB), butt welding ends to ANSI (B-16-9). 3- Reducer tee, seamless, material carbon steel conforming to ASTM (A-234 GRAD WPB), and butt weld ends to ANSI (B 16.9). 4- Valve flanged wedge gate (R.F), rating # 150 LBS, design to API (600) face to face dimension to ASME/ANSI (B 16.10), end to end dimension to ANSI (B 16.10), test pressure to API (598), material of body 15 cast carbon steel to ASTM (A-216 GR WCB), outside screwed and yoke, bolted bonnet, rising stem trim (11.1/2-13% CHR) end flanged dimension to ANSI (B 16.5). 5- Flange welding neck (W.N) raise face (R.F) carbon steel conforming to ASTM (A 105) ,the ends to ANSI (B16.5). |
