| Scope | The company invites "Tenderer' to avail services for “Call off Contract for Supply of Materials: INALK Poly Catalyst for Reactors Replacement" of its Plants. The proposed contract shall be for d period of 2 years, including:- * Seller to provide suitable catalyst for INALK Unit to match proper quality, taken into account feed Unit properties range (fluctuation between this ranges to be considered). * Seller shall provide the physical properties of the material in the proposal. * Seller shall provide reference of similar units with similar feed properties. * prior to and during the first batch of deliveries, the seller shall provide start up support, loading procedure and loading sketch (Loading Diagram). * under the same cost, seller shall attend the company to supervise the activity of material replacement and to evaluate material performance and it has to be done with the presence of the company team. * under the same cost, seller shall offered the company to run a performance test run with the presence of it team and test run report to be submitted to the company. Test run dote controlled by the company. * service provider Shall engage qualified, experienced and professional staff for this activity. * under the same cost, seller shall run performance study every 1 month during the whole period of using their material in the reactor. All data needed to run the study will be provided by the company process engineer. In the some study, seller shall check full analyses of feed and product every 1 month. * under the same cost, seller shall provide technical assistance and unit troubleshooting during the whole catalyst life. * the service provider shall follow all the security regulation and safety rules while they are working inside the refinery premises. * technical assistance during catalyst loading * catalyst performance test run and it is to be done by presence of the company team. * technical support during normal operation & quarterly performance report to be submitted to the company. * disposal of spent catalyst programme. |
