Work Description: Completion, commissioning and start up of unit (11) PLC control system work covers the execution and supply all related hardware and software materials for commissioning up grading (if required) and start up the system. - The offer to be clearly defined according to the following scope of work: 1- HMI system: One set of operator workstation consisting of: Industrial computer p4, monitor 20" TFT, keyboard, track ball Latest version of HMI soft ware. Latest version of operating system. Execution of graphical display for unit equipment maximum (6) pages. 2- PLC system: Execution of application program (12 pid loops, 10 indicators & sequential steps) All related soft ware packages with licenses. All other recommended necessary hardware for upgrading the system. Commissioning and start up. 3- Spare modules as listed below: CPU module type: 140 CPU 113 02(IPCS), other wise recommended by vendor.
