| Scope | The company invites bids for hiring the services of a qualified and experienced consultant for preparation of Integrity Management System (IMS) documents for implementation of IMS for its Gas CGD & CNG networks at Sonepat, Meerut, Kota and Dewas. The scope of the consultant/bidder/contractor shall include the following:- * Introductory session with the company Gas officials with a training presentation on IMS for city gas distribution networks which shall include the modalities of IMS, the various stages, types of IMS, the various technicalities, etc. * Preparation of deliverable list for IMS. * Preparation of list of data required to be collected from M/s Gas and validation. * Interaction with M/s the company Gas to bridge the gap between present practice and required practices as per IMS regulations. * Prepare action plan to bridge the gap and monitor the overall IMS implementation plan. * Preparation of integrity management plan (IMP) covering: i. Preparation of integrity management plan along with all formats and procedures. ii. Review of the company Gas’s specification/procedures and existing system. iii. Develop system to assess critical activities as mentioned in the PNGRB regulation. * Performance plan: i. Development of a plan for ensuring periodic evaluation of the company Gas CGD network integrity, clearly defining suitable performance indicators that helps asses the effectiveness of asset performance. * Communication plan: i. Assistance to client in developing and implementation of communication plan in order to keep appropriate personnel, jurisdiction authorities and the public informed about their integrity management efforts and the result of integrity management activities. * Management of change plan: i. Assistance to client in order to identify and consider the impact of changes to CGD network systems and their integrity. * Quality control plan: i. Assistance to client in preparing quality control plan which includes documentation, implementation and maintenance. * Develop system for assessment of critical activities like: i. Cathodic Protection (CP) adequacy survey. ii. Odorant Smell Survey at farthest point from odoriser. iii. Testing of compressed natural gas cascade. iv. Gas loss computation. * Performance Evaluation of integrity management plan: i. Document collection and analyze asset integrity of each segment. ii. Assistance in monitoring the effectiveness of integrity management plan adopted and for further improvement * Incorporating the observations of TPIA (Engaged by the company GAS separately) regarding conformity of IMS documents with the subject regulation by PNGRB 2.14 Submission of Final IMP to the company. |
