| Scope | The company invites bids for hiring services of testing and certification of Cranes, Slings, Chain Pulleys, D-Shackles, Pressure Relief Valves and TRV & Hydrostatic testing and certification of un-fired Air Vessels at all the installations in the State of West Bengal under Mechanical Maintenance, PS8, Sonapur. The Description of Work is as follows:- * Item 001 Qty=80NO, External Inspection of Pressure Vessel: Cost of external Inspection and certification of unfired Pressure Vessels as per Factories Act, 1948 installed at PS7(5Nos) & PS8(5 Nos) (Six monthly i.e. 10 X 8 times = 80 no. in 4 year block * Item 002 Qty=80NO, Six Monthly external inspection: Cost of six monthly external examination / inspection as per section 56 -1(d)-(i) of The West Bengal Factories rule-1958, for all PRVs and Pressure gauges of all Pressure Vessels in general installed at PS7 & PS8 * Item 003 Qty=10NO, Hydrostatic testing of Pressure vessel: Cost of Hydrostatic testing of Pressure Vessels (Starting Air bottles) and certification as per Section 56 -1(d)-(ii) of The West Bengal Factories rule-1958, 1948 - once in 4 year * Item 004 Qty=11NO, Calibration and Hydrostatic test of PRV: Cost of calibration and Hydrostatic testing of PRVs' at PS7 (5 Nos) & PS8 (6Nos) - once in 4 year * Item 005 Qty=88NO, Six monthly inspection of PRV: Six monthly inspection and Certification of PRVs' installed at PS7 (5 Nos.) & PS8 (6 Nos.) under factories act-1948. (11 no X 4 x 2= 88 no. in 4 year block) * Item 006 Qty=16NO, Calibration and Hydro-testing of TRV: Cost of calibration and Hydrostatic testing of TRVs' at PS-7 and Rangapani Terminal (7 Nos at PS-7 & 9 no's at RT) - once in 4 year. (Set Pressure 19.5 kg/sq. cm and 84.5 kg/sq.cm) * Item 007 Qty=128NO, Six monthly Inspection of TRV: Six monthly Inspection and Certification of TRVs' at PS-7 and Rangapani Terminal (7 Nos at PS-7 & 9 no's at RT) (16no's x 4 year x 2 times=128 no's in 4 year block * Item 008 Qty=4NO, Crane Testing (10 Ton capacity): Servicing, repairing, Load Testing and Certification of HOT cranes of 10Ton capacity (2no's at PS-7 and 2 no's at PS-8) * Item 009 Qty=2NO, Crane Testing (6 Ton capacity): Servicing, repairing, Load Testing and Certification of HOT crane 6 Ton capacity (1 no at PS-7 and 1 nos at PS-8) * Item 010 Qty=2NO, Crane Testing (3 Ton capacity): Servicing, repairing, Load Testing and Certification of HOT crane 3 Ton capacity (1 no at PS-7 and 1 nos at PS-8) * Item 011 Qty=8NO, Testing of Chain Pulley: Testing and certification of Chain pulley etc. (3 no's at PS7 and 5 no's at PS8) * Item 012 Qty=20NO, Testing of Slings & D-shakles: Testing and certification of Slings and Dshackles. (5 no's at PS7 and 15 no's at PS8) * Item 013 Qty=1NO, Mobilization of Dead weights: Cost of Mobilizing dead weight to work place * Item 014 Qty=24NO, Travelling, Fooding & Loadging: Cost of Travelling, Fooding and lodging per location - six monthly (2 X 4yrs X 3 location = 24 visits) * Item 015 Qty=1NO, Cost of Spares: Spares that may be required to repair/rectify any fault found during inspection or testing of Air Vessel, TRV, Lifting equipment and Pressure Relief Valve at PS7, RT and PS8 |
