| Scope | The company invites bidders for the supply of Qty= 6 Nos, Multi-Para Patient Monitor with specifications as follows:- 1. The monitoring solution shall monitor adult, pediatric and neonatal patients with one device without difficult or time-consuming modifications when moved from one patient group to another. 2. Monitor should have minimum 15 inch color TFT and touch screen display. Display resolution should be at least 1024*768. 3. Should have facility to navigable by a combination of fixed keys, shortcut keys on screen and a rotary knob to support easy-to-use monitoring control. 4. The monitoring solution shall be able to display minimum 11 waveforms and provide minimum 120 hours of real-time trend and patient information. 5. Should have facility to monitor ECG, Respiration, Dual Temperature, NIBP& SpO2. 6. Should have OxyCrg& drug dose calculation. 7. The monitoring solution must provide minimum 16 arrhythmia detection for life-threatening alarms that include asystole, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and (for neonates only) bradycardia, etc. 8. Monitor should be capable of simultaneously performing ST segment analysis 3or 5 leads based on user selection.ST alarms and limits should be available and can be adjustable. 9. The monitor should have facility to display ST measurement values on the screen together with ECG waveforms. 10. Should have HR range from 15 to 350 BPM. 11. The monitoring solution shall provide impedance respiration monitoring for adult, pediatric and neonatal populations. 12. Respiration and apnea alarms shall accommodate all patient populations and acuity with a range of 6 – 150 breaths per minute. 13. SpO2 technology should work for adult to neonates & should work in low perfusion also. 14. The monitoring solution shall recognize the attachment or detachment of the blood pressure cable or hose and automatically adjust the screen display and parameter boxes accordingly. 15. The monitoring solution shall provide oscillometric noninvasive blood pressure measurement in Manual, Automatic and Continuous mode 16. Noninvasive pressure alarms shall be available and adjustable. 17. The monitoring solution shall be capable of monitoring up to two different temperature measurements. 18. If more than one temperature probe is used, the monitor shall be capable of calculating and displaying a delta reading. Shall be capable of monitoring temperature ranges from 0 to +50 degrees Celsius. 19. Temperature alarms and limits shall be available and user-adjustable. 20. The monitoring solution shall have three different alarm tones and a visible light on the top of the monitor that displays high level alarm (red) and medium level alarms (yellow), so clinicians can easily differentiate between alarms that are critical (Serious/Life Threatening) and alarms that are advisory only. 21. The monitoring solution could be working in 3 rotatable modes, Monitoring mode, Surgery mode and Diagnostic mode. 22. Machine should have facility to store monitoring data including waveforms and parameter values for up to minimum 60 events &at least 1200 NIBP measurements. 23. Machine should have nurse call facility. 24. Machine should have a standard built-in three channel thermal recorder. 25. The recorder could be started by manual demand, on alarm or on a fixed time interval. Printer should print the drug dose calculation also. 26. Device must have minimum 3hrsof internal battery backup. 27. Should have USB, VGA & Analog port. 28. The monitoring solution shall provide an anti-theft lock to better manage hospital asset. 29. Monitor weight should not be more than 7.5Kg including battery. 30. Monitor should be European CE certified. Documents need to be submitted. 31. Manufacturer should have ISO certification. Documents need to be submitted. 32. Demo is must. 33.
