Details as under- - Anode string (Total): 153 m - Anode tail cable: 5 m - Anode arrangement: 4 Amp x 12 Nos (Single String) - Anode current output: 48 A - Anode Cable: 16 mm2, 1100V grade KYNAR/HALAR insulated (cross linked PVDF as primary insulation & HMWPE as secondary insulation. - Anode type: MMO coated titanium anode - Anode make: ELTECH, USA or TITANOR COMPONENTS LTD., GOA or ORONZID DE NORA S.A - Calcined Coke Breeze: As required for horizontal anode bed of 150 m active Length of cross section size 30 cm X 30 cm. * Item 002 Qty= 200.00M, Supply of 35sq mm single core Cu cable ISI marked, 35sq mm single core, stranded, copper, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed (ST2), Armoured (Non Magnetic) Anode header cable * Item 003 Qty= 1.00NO, Supply of Anode Junction Box (consisting of 2 Nos shunts of 50A ,75mV of 0.1% accuracy of Manganin Alloy) * Item 004 Qty= 200.00M, Laying of anode header cable in buried trench , 1 m depth, including Trenching work for cable laying ,Supply of sand & brick ,sand filling 15 cm above and 15 cm below cable, brick laying and backfilling of the trench as well as transportation of cables & all other materials including labours as required. * Item 005 Qty= 1LSM, Transportation, Mobilisation ,Complete Installation ,Testing , Commissioning of Horizontal Shallow Anode Bed, including Jungle cutting and cleaning of area.
