| Scope | The company invites bids for the supply of the following items:- * Item 001 Qty= 10 Nos, Supply of Street Ligning GI Poles with LED luminaires along with accessories: The Street lighting unit shall include the following major supply items: i) Galvanised Steel Tubular Pole 410-SP-58 as per IS: 2713 / 1980 with accessories: 1 Unit. ii) LED Flood Lighting luminaries: 2 Nos. iii) Street lighting PVC Junction Box: 1 Unit. iv) Individual Pole Earthing system with 25x6 sq.mm GI earth strip: 1 Unit. v) Luminaire wiring cable from luminaire to the PVC junction Box: 1 Unit (20 Meter length). vi) 63mm Dia. HDPE pipe for cable entry to the PVC Junction Box above the PCC Grouting per technical specification:1 Unit (1.5 Meter length). * Item 002 Qty= 1 AU, Installation, Connection,Testing and Commissioning of each no.(set) of item-10 will be as per the following schedule: 1. Successful bidder to collect drawing and Luminaire fixing plan from OIL Engineer in charge. 2. Preparation of drawings and other planning data for starting the job. 3. Obtaining approval of all documents from OIL engineer in charge. 4. Marking of places for erection of Lighting Pole. 5. Making of PCC grouting for Lighting Pole as per the drawing approved by OIL engineer in charge. PCC Grouting Size: 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm all construction materials for grouting for the Lighting Pole shall be arranged by the supplier. No additional payment will be paid to the supply for this. Bidders may consider the material value of PCC grouting for lighting pole while pricing Installation and Commission charge. 6. 63mm Dia. HDPE pipe for cable entry shall be fixed in the PCC foundation as per the instruction of OIL Engineer in charge. HDPE pipe required for above shall be arranged by the supplier. No additional payment will be paid to the supply for this. Bidders may consider the material value of HDPE pipe required at the time of pricing Installation and Commission charge. 7. Erection of Lighting Pole shall be done by skilled workers under supervision of competent supervisor for this job only. 8. Wiring of lighting cable from top of the bracket and PVC Junction Box to be done with 3x1.5sq mm PVC stranded copper cable as specified in the technical specification. Bidders may consider the material value of cable required at the time of pricing Installation and Commission charge. 9. Testing of each Luminaire with 230V ac supply. 10. All above job shall be done under supervision of Authorized supervisor having Electrical Supervisory License issued by competent authority. * Item 003 Qty= 20 Nos, Supply of Street Lightning GI Poles with LED luminaires: The Street lighting package shall include the following major supply items: i) Galvanised Steel Tubular Pole 410-SP-31 as per IS: 2713 / 1980 with accessories 1 Unit. ii) LED Street Lighting luminaries: 1 Unit. iii) Street lighting PVC Junction Box: 1 Unit. iv) Individual Pole Earthing system with 25x6 sq.mm GI earth strip: 1 Unit. v) Luminaire wiring cable from luminaire to the PVC junction Box: 1 Unit (8 Meter length). vi) 63mm Dia.
