| Scope | The company invites bids for the Installation of Effluent Water Disposal System at GC- 23 (NK). The Works to be carried out by the Contractor include the complete detailed engineering, design, project management, procurement of all material, supply, provision of personnel, constructional plant, equipment, construction, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of all the works described in the Contract. This shall include the following: * One (1) effluent water disposal train of capacity 50 MBWPD consisting of one (1) electric motor driven effluent water booster pump and one (1) effluent water disposal pump including all auxiliaries and accessories, associated piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls. * Associated piping works including new discharge manifold with individual connections (including individual valves and instrumentation) to existing 11 nos. flowlines and provision for connecting future 7 nos. wells. * Electrical works and cathodic protection works. * Instrumentation works including modification / expansion works in DCS, ESD, VTMS, CMS and F&G systems. * Civil and Structural works: - Pre-fabricated steel sheds for new pumps with all concrete and structural works including foundations. - Foundations and other structural works for disposal pump, booster pump, pipe/valve supports, pipe sleepers, access platforms and cross-overs, instrument supports, and all associated miscellaneous steel and concrete structures pertaining to the Works. - EOT crane in Disposal Pump Shed. - Reinforced concrete culvert. - Fence, drainage works, road and other miscellaneous works as described. - Demolition of fence, pumps and piping works, foundation and other associated items as per relevant drawings and technical specifications. * Tie-ins for electrical, instrumentation and piping including utilities. * Site Survey and data collection for mechanical, civil, electrical, cathodic protection and instrumentation works, slit trench excavation, geo-technical investigation work, relocation, re-routing and/or protection of existing services, site grading & associated earth works. |
