| Scope | The company announces its need for Electrical Engineering study for Tobruk Terminal and refinery power system at Tobruk. The company intends to have consulting engineering services to study the Refinery and oil terminal network. The study is required to ensure that the network is appropriately configured from reliability, operational and maintenance considerations to meet present and planned load conditions. The study work will include a carry essentially to achieve the project objectives consist of the following: An engineering consultancy services required to perform power system studies and network analysis. Multiple technical solutions can be considered to extend the asset life by keeping and even improving reliability of the power supply. Electrical network risk analysis. The project studies (load flow, motor starting, relay coordination study, test and adjust all relay setting) and the system control is required Power supply station: provide another source of electrical supply beside the feeder for GEC. Prepare of a complete tender documents, supervision strategy and estimate cost for the proposed projects/ rehabilitation and element-estimated cost. |
