Scope | The company is seeking qualified vendors having requisite experience in the Provision of offshore waste management services (waste handling on jack up rigs). Scope of Work: The general work scope is for the Provision of offshore waste management services (waste handling on jack up rigs) and associated equipment, personnel and materials, under a performance-based contract with a pricing structure in cost per volume ($/Ton or bbl) of waste handled. As part of this, the contractor is expected to provide the following services as the minimum service requirement/scope of work; 1.Collection, drying, containment, storage, handling, weighing of Pseudo Oil Base Mud (POBM) cuttings and oily waste fluids/sludge in Shallow offshore rigs, including transfer from rig to marine support vessels. 2. Collection, containment, storage, handling, and disposal of oil-contaminated surface hole (Water Base Mud- WBM) drilled cuttings, all excess mud, excess brine, spent chemicals, deck run-off and other waste fluids generated from Well operations. 3. Provision of all equipment, personnel and materials required to execute the POBM cuttings drying, and transfer of cuttings and fluids from rig to marine support vessels. 4. Recovery of oil from dried and processed cuttings/ sludge that is not cracked and can be reused for the formulation of drilling mud/ fluids. 5. Disposal of top hole cuttings and spent water based mud at location specified by SPDC and approved by DPR. 6. Contractor to give a technical description of how it intends to carry out the works relative to the oil based mud section and top hole cuttings transfer from rig to support vessel. 7. All services must be rendered with strict accordance to regulatory standards set by DPR |
