| Scope | The company invites interested and reputable Contractors with suitable equipment, technical capacity and relevant experience to tender for the technical bidding phase for the Provision of GSM Mobile Services in her Port Harcourt office. Contractor shall provide services at agreed service levels and costs which shall follow the best industry practices and service delivery standards including the implementation of appropriate framework for the management and provision of quality delivery of the required service aimed at fulfilling all aspects of this scope of work at the agreed service levels Services to be provided include: 1. Service Description - Provision of Corporate GSM Contract Lines. - Provision of SIMs. - Provision of Broadband Modem/Router devices. - Group Data bundle. 2. Implementation Specifications - No activation fees. - No monthly access fees. - Serial SIM lines numbers. - SIM swaps /porting will be done free of charge within 4 hours. - IDD option will be activated/de-activated free of charge on request within 4 hours. - Roaming option will be activated/de-activated free of charge on request within 4 hours. - Data option will be activated/de-activated free of charge on request within 4 hours. - Monthly bills will be sent in Microsoft Excel format or any agreed with TEPNG. - Per second billing will be mandatory. - Services will be Post paid only. - Service will not be dunned at any time. - Data utilization details to be provided. - CUG solution to be provided as an option. |
