| Scope | The company announces its need for Provision of GSM Direct Connect Services. Contractor shall provide services at agreed service levels and costs which shall follow the best industry practices and service delivery standards including the implementation of appropriate framework for the management and provision of quality delivery of the required service aimed at fulfilling all aspects of this scope of work at the agreed service levels Services to be provided include: 1. Service Description Provision of point-to-point dedicated link offering: a. E1 (2Mbps) bandwidth/capacity scalable to 4MB, 8MB or 16MB b. E1 link with 30 voice channels simultaneously utilized for incoming and outgoing voice calls. c. Voice/fax capability. d. No activation fees. e. No monthly access fees. 2. Implementation Specifications a. High quality termination services for both fixed and mobile services. b. Direct In-Dialing (DID): Incoming external telephone calls are routed straight to the desired extension when a full number range is dialed. c. Least Cost Routing (LCR): COMPANY to configure its Telephony Infrastructure (CISCO Based) to selectively determine the trunk to use for routing each outgoing external call (based on variable factors such as desired networks, user congestion and tariffs applicable). d. Contractor will allocate a range of Mobile Subscriber ISDN numbers (MSISDN's), for example; (0803 XXX YYYY — 0803 XXX ZZZZ), which integrate with the TEPNG Telephony Infrastructure (The last 4 digits –YYYY – ZZZZ represent TEPNG Telephony extension). e. Access to CONTRACTOR'S International Gateway for fast, reliable international call connections. f. Per second billing is mandatory. |
