| Scope | The company announces its need for Supply of drill collar elevators. The instruments to be supplied are as follows: - -Item 001 Qty=3 of Collar Type Centre Latch Elevator for Drill Collars, 150 Ton capacity, 90 degree square shoulder for handling 241.30 mm (9.1/2") OD Drill Collars with lift plugs (i.e. without ziplift recess) The elevator should have following features: 1) Safety Latch Lock, Latch & Extra handle at the rear of the elevator. 2) The elevators shall be manufactured, load tested & certified as per API Spec.8C (PSL-2). 3) Marking (including API Monogram) shall be done as per API 8C Specification. 4) The maximum weight of the elevator should not be more than 238 Kgs (524 Lbs). -Item 002 Qty=3 of Collar Type Centre Latch Elevator for Drill Collars, 150 Ton capacity, 90 degree square shoulder for handling 203.20 mm (8")OD Drill Collars with lift plugs (i.e. without ziplift recess). The elevator should have following features: 1) Safety Latch Lock, Latch & Extra handle at the rear of the elevator. 2) The elevators shall be manufactured, load tested & certified as per API Spec.8C (PSL-2). 3) Marking (including API Monogram) shall be done as per API 8C Specification. 4) The maximum weight of the elevator should not be more than 238 Kgs (524 Lbs). -Item 003 Qty=4 of Collar Type Centre Latch Elevator for Drill Collars, 150 Ton capacity, 90 degree square shoulder for handling 88.90 mm (3.1/2") OD Drill Collar with lift plugs (i.e. without ziplift recess). The elevator should have the following features: 1) Safety Latch Lock, Latch & Extra handle at the rear of the elevator. 2) The elevators shall be manufactured, load tested & certified as per API Spec.8C(PSL-2). 3) Marking (including API Monogram) shall be done as per API 8C Specification. 4) The maximum weight of the elevator should not be more than 150 Kgs (330.70 Lbs). -Item 004 Qty=2 of Collar Type Centre Latch Elevator for Drill Collars, 150 Ton capacity, 90 degree square shoulder for handling 120.65 mm (4.3/4") OD Drill Collar with lift plugs (i.e. without ziplift recess). The elevator should have the following features: 1) Safety Latch Lock, Latch & Extra handle at the rear of the elevator. 2) The elevators shall be manufactured, load tested & certified as per API Spec.8C (PSL-2). 3) Marking (including API Monogram) shall be done as per API 8C Specification. 4) The maximum weight of the elevator should not be more than 168 Kgs (370 Lbs). -Item 005 Qty=3 of Center Latch 18 degree taper type elevator with wear bushing, 250 Ton rated capacity, for handling 139.70 mm (5.1/2") OD IEU Drill pipe of 21.90 PPF (18 degree taper shouldered & tool joint OD=7”). The elevator should have the following features: 1) Safety Locks, Latches, Operating handle & Extra handle at the rear of the elevator. 2) The elevators shall be manufactured, load tested & certified as per API Spec.8C (PSL-2). 3) Marking (including API Monogram) shall be done as per API 8C Specification. 4) The maximum weight of the elevator should not be more than 266 kgs (585 lbs). -Item 006 Qty=3 of Center Latch 18 degree taper type elevator with wear bushing,350 Ton rated capacity, for handling 139.70 mm (5.1/2") OD IEU Drill pipe of 21.90 PPF(18 degree taper shouldered & tool joint OD=7#). The elevator should have the following features: 1) Safety Locks, Latches, Operating handle & Extra handle at the rear of the elevator. 2) The elevators shall be manufactured, load tested & certified as per API Spec.8C (PSL-2). 3) Marking (including API Monogram) shall be done as per API 8C Specification. 4) The maximum weight of the elevator should not be more than 310 kgs (680 lbs). -Item 007 Qty=6 of Centre Latch 18 degree taper type elevator with wear bushing for Drill Pipe, 150 Ton capacity, for handling 88.90 mm (3.1/2") OD Drill Pipe. The elevator should have the following features: 1) Safety Locks, Latches, Operating handle & Extra handle at the rear of the elevator. 2) The elevators shall be manufactured, load tested & certified as per API Spec.8C (PSL-2). 3) Marking (including API Monogram) shall be done as per API 8C Specification. 4) The maximum weight of the elevator should not be more than 138 kgs (304 lbs). |
