| Scope | The company invites interested and prequalified Contractors to respond to this tender opportunity for the general maintenance of Company’s Generators in its offices & residences in Lagos, Abuja, Owerri and Port Harcourt/Onne. The contract is proposed to commence in Quarter 1, 2019 and continue for duration of two (2) years with APD (N) L having the sole option to extend the duration for a further period of one (1) year. This Scope of Services covers the General Maintenance of Company’s Generators in all APD(N)L’s offices and residences. As a minimum requirement, the selected Contractor shall have the necessary experience, capability and shall be fully responsible for Generator maintenance to offices & residences in the following APD(N)L locations: 1. Lagos Offices and Residences. 2. Abuja Offices and Residences. 3. Owerri Offices and Residences. 4. Port-Harcourt/Onne Offices and Residences. The general maintenance to Company’s Generators comprises of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance which shall include but not be limited to the following services: - Installation of Generators. - Monthly Routine Maintenance. - Repairs and Replacement of Damaged Parts. - Engine Overhaul. - Relocation of Generators. - Provision of Operators for 24 hours. |
