Provisional of Industrial Electrical Services to Plant Engineering Department.
The works comprise the provision of Electrical services within the Company`s Operating Areas (including Refinery, Sitra, Marketing Terminal, Awali, Gas Distribution Network and Sitra Wharf) which are adjudged by the Company to be within the Contractor`s overall ability as defined here under. The Company will administer this requirement by means of this Purchase Agreement and relevant Purchase Orders raised under its terms and conditions.
