The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Maintenance & Support Service on Call-Off Basis for PAGA System.
The company intends to include current and future operational PAGA systems in multiple location Onshore & Offshore Facilities under a maintenance and support services contract on call-off basis for a period of five (5) years for 24x7 availability of systems and uninterrupted operations of services. The scope shall cover Maintenance Support Services for existing systems at multiple locations and similar systems to be handed over to ICT for support during the duration of the contract. Contractor shall supply all manpower, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools and each and every items of expense necessary for providing maintenance support services (preventive and corrective maintenance) for all hardware & software as defined in scope on call-off basis to ensure 24/7 operations.
