| Scope | The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Provision of Nitrogen Equipment and Services for Offshore Operations 1- Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, dedicated equipment, tools, materials, services with necessary expenses to perform Nitrogen Pumping Services for offshore wells on Call-Off basis. 2- Nitrogen Services shall include, but not limited to, the following: - 2.1 Mobilization / Demobilization of personnel as well as equipment. - 2.2 Supply of liquid N2, crew and equipment. QP shall have the option of providing Nitrogen. In such case, the cost of nitrogen shall not be payable to the Contractor. - 2.3 Perform all types of nitrogen pumping / operations starting from equipment rigging up till rigging down as per pre-approved QP job program. 3- The estimated number of wells, which may require Nitrogen Pumping Services, are approximately eighty (80). 4- Contract Duration for the Services shall be sixty two (62) months including two (2) months for initial mobilization and inspection from the Effective Date of Contract. |
