| Scope | The company announces its need for supply of 350 Ton Flush Mounted Casing Spider / Slip with Accessories; manufactured, tested and certified as per API Spec. 7K and as per the following minimum specifications and features for the ZP275 and Soilmec make 27.1/2 inches Rotary Tables whose diagrams are enclosed in the tender: 1.0 350 Ton Flush Mounted Casing Spider / Slip Body Assembly, hydraulically actuated, less slip assembly, Guide Plates, Control Panel & Hydraulic hose Assembly for 27.1/2 inches Rotary Table - Two (02) Numbers. 2.0 Minimum Range of Pipe Size: 4 inches to 14 inches. 3.0 Complete Set of Slip assemblies with inserts & in ready to install condition for following casing sizes: a) For 13.3/8" (340 mm) casing - Two (02) Numbers. b) For 9.5/8" (244 mm) casing - Two (02) Numbers. c) For 7" (178 mm) casing - One (01) Number. d) For 5.1/2" (140 mm) casing - Two (02) Numbers. 4.0 Top Guide Plate Assembly (consisting of 2 Halves) for following casing sizes: a) For 13.3/8" (340 mm) casing - Two (02) Numbers. b) For 9.5/8" (244 mm) casing - Two (02) Numbers. c) For 7" (178 mm) casing - One (01) Number. d) For 5.1/2" (140 mm) casing - Two (02) Numbers. 5.0 Stand Alone Manual Operated Control Panel / unit for the Flush Mounted Casing Spider / Slip with requisite number & length of hydraulic hoses (Minimum Length: 30 feet) and all the accessories required for connecting the control panel to the Flush Mounted Casing Spider / Slip - Two (02) Numbers. 6.0 The Hydraulic Hose connections should be on top of the spider / slip and the hydraulic assembly should feature quick coupling system. 7.0 The lubricating points should also be located on top of the spider / slip. 8.0 The stand alone manual operated control panel should be complete with feedback signals for slip up and slip down. 9.0 Adaptor plates for Standard 27.1/2" Rotary Table - Two (02) Numbers. 10.0 Adaptor plates for Standard 37.1/2" x 27.1/2" Rotary Table - Two (02) Numbers. 11.0 The Hydraulically operated slips when powered down should provide minimum 15,000 ft-lbs back up torque. 12.0 In the event of loss of hydraulic power, the slip assemblies should be able to be raised and lowered manually from one point at the top of the casing spider / slip. The casing spider / slip should consist of two hinged body halves with top mounted lifting lugs to facilitate removal of the casing spider / slip from the rotary table with the casing string suspended from the elevator. 13.0 The casing spider / slip should feature a sturdy anti-skid top cover with casing door. B) Hydraulic Power Unit - One Number 1.0 All the accessories for connecting the Flush Mounted Casing Spider / Slip and / or the Stand Alone Manual Operated Control Panel / unit to the Hydraulic Power Unit to be supplied along with the items. 2.0 The Hydraulic Power Unit to be provided by supplier as per the following minimum specifications: i) Rugged, heavy-duty skid mounted completely enclosed unit. Equipped with flame proof and weather proof AC motor, 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz suitable for use in hazardous area of zone-I and gas group IIA &IIB in oil mine and shall conform to IS/IEC/EN: 60079-0:2011 & IS/IEC/EN: 60079-1:2007. Make and certifications are to be indicated in the quotation. ii) Bidder to note the following: a) Motor Specification: Sizing of the Motor as per the design requirement. b) For motor sizes of up to and including 30 HP, DOL start motor may be required. c) For Motor greater than 30 Hp and up to 100 HP, Star Delta Star motor is required. d) 100 HP is the maximum size of any motor permitted under this tender.The maximum rating of the available feeder to provide source of power is 100 HP located at the well site Power control Room. e) Motor shall run on 415 V Ac, 50 HZ, 3 Phase, 3 wire supply. f) Motor shall have flame proof (Type Ex-d), weatherproof (IP 56) construction and be rated for continuous duty. g) Motor shall be floor mounted (not flange mounted) h) Preferred motor speed is 1500 RPM. iii) Motor Starter: a) Each motor should have an associated and dedicated starter (DOL / Star-Delta depending on the Rating of the Motor) with Hand/OFF/Auto (HOA) mode selector switch and over-current protection.This motor Starter shall be housed in a flameproof (Type Ex-d) enclosure. Make and certifications are to be indicated in the quotation. b) The starter should contain the following features: 1) Contactor for motor starting duty (DOL / Star-Delta depending on the Rating of the Motor), rated for the motor supplied. 2) Overload Relay - with hand (Manual) reset. The manual reset function should be carried out without opening the starter cover. 3) "Hand-Off-Auto" selector switch - allows user to run the motor manually, as well as with all interlocks in place ("Auto" mode). 4) Start-Stop push buttons to start and stop the motor; with all interlocks in place. 5) 415 VAC control coil in the contactor (as the system has no neutral wire). 6) Cable entry - Minimum 3 Nos. of ¾" ET, suitable for fixing metal cable gland. c) Bidders are required to forward details of all the components used in the starter panel, like contactor, O/L relay and other protective devices, i.e. fuses, switches, etc. with its make and rating. |
