| Scope | The company announces its need for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Led Luminaries. The instruments to be supplied are as follows: - - Item 001 Qty=200 of A. Technical specifications: Supply of 70W LED Luminaries (i) CCT < 5800 degree K (ii) Lumen Efficacy(lm/W) >= 100 lumens/watt (iii) Environment Protection: IP 66 (iv) Nominal Voltage: 170 V AC to 270 V AC at 50 Hz (v) Power Factor >=0.90 (vi) Operating Temperature: +5 degree C to +50 degree C (vii) LED Life with 70% Lumen maintenance: > 50,000 hours (viii) Inbuilt Protection for Surge Protection (ix) CRI of the luminaries shall be more than 70%. (x) Bidders to submit all technical documents for the offered luminaries along with photometric details. (xi) The Integral LED Luminaire should be marked with following markings: " Manufacturer's name " Rated Voltage " Rated Wattage " Rated Lumen. - Item 002 Qty=30 of Supply of 90W LED Luminaries. - Item 003 Qty=20 of Supply of 120W LED Luminaries. - Item 004 Qty=80 of A) Type of Pole: Galvanized Steel Tubular Pole 410-SP-58 as per IS: 2713 / 1980(Copy of a certificate of similar type pole should be submitted along with the offer) with Base plate and following specifications and accessories: " Galvanized Steel Tubular Pole details: " Pole Overall Length:9000 mm " Base Plate size: (450 x 450 )mm-1 no. (Galvanized) for each pole - Item 005 : suitable size. Tests and Test Certificates: (i) Tensile test and chemical analysis for sulphur and phosphorous, (ii) Deflection test, (iii) Permanent set test, and (iv) Drop test. There shall be suitable GI nut / stud arrangement on the on the pole at a height of 2M from the base plate for the purpose of earthing with 25x6 sqmm GI strap earthing as per the details in technical specification. B) Hdpe Pipe: 1.5 M length 63mm dia HDPE pipe for cable entry to the distribution box/Junction Box. - Item 006 Qty=250 of Polycarbonate junction box carrying equipment, with three glands suitable for 4C X 10 sq mm PVC cable. The box shall be conforming to IP 65 enclosure housing must be fitted to the pole(s) or other appropriate structures with suitable clamps or bolts. The box shall be suitable for the prevailing climatic conditions and shall be provided with water-proof sealing mechanism to avoid any ingress of water inside the box. Specifications for the box " Box dimension: Suitable to house the components as detailed in Annex, ensuring ease of future maintenance " Material: High grade Thermoplastic Polycarbonate (anti corrosive) in accordance with IEC 60439-1 " Gasket: Internally embedded " Degree of protection: IP 65, in accordance with IEC 60529. " System voltage: 415 V 50 Hz " Rated Insulated Voltage: AC/DC 690V " Cable entry: Bottom: Three incoming/outgoing cables of 4C x 10 Sq mm PVC cables, with two glands and one blocking plug. Top: One outgoing cable of 3C X 2.5 Sq mm cable with suitable gland. " Wiring accessories: Lugs. Sleeves, Ferrules, etc. " Test Certificate:Manufactures routine test certificate should be submitted. 2 Pole 6A MCB (reduce ampere to 2A) M.C.B. as per following specifications: a) No. of Poles: 2 b) Voltage Rating: 240/415 Volts, 50 HZ c) Current Rating: 2 A d) Standard: IS/IEC 60898-1:2002 with latest amendments e) Mounting: Snap on fixing on DIN rail f) Termination: Suitable for 2.5 Sq.mm cable per pole G) Make:Legrand/Schneider /Siemens/L&T/Indo Asian/Hensel - Item 007 Qty=30 of Polycarbonate junction box carrying equipment, with three glands suitable for 4C x 10 sq mm PVC cable. The boxes shall be fitted to the pole(s) or other appropriate structures with suitable clamps or bolts. The box shall be suitable for the prevailing climatic conditions and shall be provided with water-proof sealing mechanism to avoid any ingress of water inside the box. Specifications for the box Same as Junction Box The component of the DB shall be conforming to the following specifications i) Timer Time Switch-Manual Setting: Volate-230V +-10%, 50 Hz, 16A contact rating(resistive), Time setting analog with clock hands, programmable 24 hours with shortest switching time per segment-15 minutes, program bypass switch, permanent ON or OFF, Operating temperature-0 to 55 degree C, Battery with 100 hrs running reserve, mounting in DIN channel, 3 module type. - Item 008 Qty=1000 of 1. Size: 4Cx10 mm2 2. Voltage Grade: 1100V 3. Conductor Material: Multi stranded compact circular Aluminium 4. Insulation: PVC 5. Filler & Inner Sheath: Unvulcanized rubber/ Thermoplastic materials/ Proofed tape (for inner sheath only). 6. Outer Sheath: PVC 7. Armour: Galvanized Steel Tape/Wire 8. Applicable standards: IS: 8130-1984, IS: 5831-1984, IS-1554 (part-1)-1988 (with latest amendments if any) - Item 009 Qty=250 of Galvanized Cross Arm Bracket (75 x 75 x 6mm)to be welded to the pole. Anticorrosive and final coat of weatherproof paint (of colour matching that of the pole) shall be applied. |
