Scope | The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Supply, Installation, Implementation, Training, Maintenance and Support Services. The company intends to invest in an effective and efficient Business Continuity Management (BCM) solution, as per BCM Policy, comprising of the following: a) Business Continuity Planning, b) Emergency Response, c) Crisis Management, and d) Information Technology Resilience. Currently, The company manages the BCM process through Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word templates. Managing and maintaining these files and documents are becoming cumbersome without a software that automates the work and effort involved. Hence, the BCM solution is required to ensure the consistency in process and documentation across the company and the performance of regular monitoring, reporting and maintenance activities in an effective and efficient manner. The objective of this contract is to procure a commercial off-the-shelf Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) along with the installation, implementation, migration, training, and maintenance and support services for the BCMS to automate and ensure effectiveness, efficiency and consistency throughout the BCM process life cycle. |
