Scope | The company announces its need for procurement of electrical cables (qty- 1000 m). - Item 001: electric cables for bhel 'e-1400' diesel electric rig. Electric Cable for Drilling Rig. Item Description: 2.5 sq. mm. 4 cores Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulated CSP sheathed flexible copper, screened cable. Voltage Grade 660/1100 volts, suitable for temp. 85 °C. The outer CSP sheath should be heavy duty HOFR (Heat and Oil Resisting Flame Retardant) type. Construction: - Nominal Radial thickness of insulation: 1 mm. - Nominal Radial thickness of sheath: 1.8 mm. - No. of strands/Max diameters of each conductor strands: 50/0.26mm. - Max. Resistance / KM of each core at 20 °C: 8.21 ohm/km. a) Conductor should be bright tinned and annealed stranded copper conductor of high conductivity. b) Cores should be identified by Red, Yellow, Blue and Black colour sequence. c) An overall screened shall be provided over the laid up cores covered by a proofed cotton binding tape. Screened shall consist of 'May Pole' type braiding weave with high conductivity tinned annealed copper conductor. d) All the outer interstices between laid up cores shall be filled with moisture proof textile materials or separate fillers made of sheathing materials. Voltage Grade 660/1100 volts, suitable for temp. 85 °C. The outer CSP sheath should be heavy duty HOFR (Heat and Oil Resisting Flame Retardant) type. Construction: - Nominal Radial thickness of insulation: 1 mm. - Nominal Radial thickness of sheath: 2 mm. - No. of strands/Max diameters of each conductor strand: 120/0.31 mm for main core and 40/0.31 mm for half core. Max. Resistance / KM of each core at 20 °C: 3.39 ohm/km for main core and 5.09 ohm/km for half core. a) Conductor should be bright tinned and annealed stranded copper conductor of high conductivity. b) Cores should be identified by Red, Yellow, Blue and Black colour sequence. c) An overall screened shall be provided over the laid up cores covered by a proofed cotton binding tape.
