| Scope | The company announces its need for provision of well control services. The Contractor shall provide Well Control Services to support company offshore and onshore operations on existing and future wells on call-off basis, strictly in accordance with the Invitation to Tender (ITT) package. Term of the Agreement shall be for an initial period of five (5) years with a provision for further extension up to five (5) years at company's sole discretion. |
