| Scope | The company announces its need for supply of Hydrogen detectors installation. Scope of work for hydrogen detector installation at SOH battery room. This Installation required for BVS06 , BVS07, BVS08, BVS09, BVS10, BPLS,TLS, BCS, SOH GSS, SAS GSS, Waddi Al Jizzi GSS, All Sohar FMS’s (9FMS's). For GSS stations will install 2 detectors and others only1. a. Supply scope, installation, associate cabling, glanding, termination,configuration, calibration of new hydrogen device interface with system through instrument panel. b· Preparation, engineering, development, implementation,modification and configuration sheets. · Supply of necessary Software/ documents to execute above installation work without disturbing the running plant operation. c. Contractor to perform site visit to study the existing facility with respect to the project scope & collect the inputs in regard to construct ability and space availability (inside instrument cabinet for installation of new terminal blocks. d. Perform hydrogen mapping study and finalize the actual requirement of devices. Report shall be submit to company for review and approval. e. Contractor /Vendor shall submit the site visit report to the company indicating all the findings, recommendations and conclusions. f. Carrying out necessary design/ technical safety reviews and construct ability review to ensure safe implementations of the project scope. g. Preparation of datasheet (in OGC format), material requisition, TBE and procurement of hydrogen detector, Cable, JB (if required), Installation hardware etc. h. Preparation of detailed scope of work considering required hardware/modification activities. i. Supply, installations, cabling, glanding, termination, trunking, hookup, loop testing, commissioning with system vendor and handing over of device under this project scope. j. Preparation of necessary drawings and documentation for execution of above modification work without disturbing the running plant operation. k. Contractor / vendor to note that the complete job need to be executed without shutdown. Contractor to prepare detailed mitigation plan to avoid the shutdown. l. Any activity not indicated above, but obviously necessary for proper completion of the project, shall be deemed to be a part of the Work. m. Contractor to note that all the materials shall be sourced from the vendors listed in AVME only (including the manufacturing location indicated in AVME), deviation on the same is not acceptable. n. Omission from this specification of any items essential for the correct functioning of any part of the specified equipment or systems shall be brought to the attention of the company. Failure to do this shall not absolve the contractor / vendor from the supply, installation and commissioning of any equipment, software or services required to achieve the full functioning of the system to the intent of this specification.. o. The contractor / system vendor shall ensure that system performance. p. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor / Vendor to inform the company of any errors, ambiguities, inconsistencies or discrepancies which may be found to exist in any document, specifications or drawing submitted by the company. The company's clarification shall be final. q. Contractors shall submit the alarm list and shall be approved by COMPANY SCADA. Hydrogen detector details (required two types, for FMS's & BVS's will use detector with relay and for GSS without relay). |
