| Scope | The company announces its need for supply of diesel engine-driven welder / generator for heavy industrial applications pipe welding , construction and repairing multi –arc welding generator ( dual –operator applications) arc reach system, full multi process capability provides: smaw, mig/mag, fcaw, rmd, gmaw- p, sw, dc-gtaw, cac-a Electrical specification:- generator output rated at (40ºc) 27,000 watts peak , 20 000 watts continuous (three phase) 15000 watts peak ,12,000 watts continuous (single phase), weld output range:- 20 – 400 a , 400a at 36v, 100% duty cycle at (40ºc) each side (cc/dc) 14 – 40v , 400a at 34v, 100% duty cycle at (40ºC)each side (CV/DC) 80 – 90 VDC OCV range , with a suitable voltage correction (sense voltage). Engine Specifications:- - DEUTZ TD2011L04W. - EPA Tier 4i compliant includes oil pan and intake manifold heater, - Direct-injected four-cylinder air-cooled industrial diesel. - 1350 RPM idle, 1800 RPM weld. - Low Oil pressure High Coolant. - Temperature Low Fuel Level (Automatic Engine Shutdown).
