Contractor should provide legal consulting and supporting service including but not limited as below: - Legal consulting for taxes, contracting and tender procedure in Iraq. - International and Iraq Legal consulting service. - Project and legal negotiation. - Disputes in the energy or government sectors. - On behalf of Company cope with all kinds of legal affairs. - Other legal service required by Company. All legal services as requested by Company from time to time in written Work Order based on “Call off”. |
