| Scope | The company announces its need for supply of Corrosion and scale inhibitor, Biocide and Bio dispersant. - Item 001, QTY=220000 Kgm of Specification of corrosion & scale inhibitor for industrial cooling water. 1- The material should contain organic polymer, not contain zinc or any heavy metal. 2- It must provide a low corrosion rate (5 MPY) max. 3- It must be compatible with chlorine injection. 4- Protection from corrosion should include copper and copper alloys. 5- Type and concentration of active ingredients must be stated. 6- It must have been field tested successfully in our facilities. 7- Lab procedures and necessary chemical reagents and apparatus for general testing and evaluation of water samples and for determining residual of the product in the samples should be provided as fallow: A- Reagents For orth &total phosphate 400 pieces. b- Reagents For iron 400 pieces. c- Reagents For Sulphate 300 pieces. d- Corrosion Coupon ( MS 1010) quantity 65. e- Scale Coupon ( MS 1010) quantity 35. f- Vials – salinity 2.000 ppm, Sulphate reducing Bacteria broth for SRB and / or an aerobic total heterotrophic bacteria (quantity 50 boxes each box 50 pieces). g- Vials – salinity 2.000 ppm, Phenol red dexstrose broth Aerobic and facultative aerobic acid – producing bacteria , Total heterotrophic aerobic bacteria ( quantity 50 boxes each box 50 pieces). h- Chemical reagents and Vials expire data should be two years at least after shipment data. i- Devices Laboratory with the Reagent should be provide as below: i- Spectrophoto-meter (HACH, DR 6000) with all accessories quantity (2). ii- PH Meter type (W.T.W 720) quantity (2) with standard solution ( PH=4, PH=7, PH=10), quantity (1000 tablet ) for each one. iii- Conductivity Meter type ( HACH Sension 7) / quantity (2). iv- standard solution ( 1000 µS/cm , 100 mS/Cm) / (quantity 3000 ml) for each one, should be Packed in bottle capacity ( 50 – 100 ml). v- Pocket colori meter/Chlorine (free&total) type/HACH quantity (2) With reagents, (500) pieces for free chlorine and (100) pieces for total chlorine. vi- Standard solution and reagents expire date should be two years at least after shipment date. 8- Corrosion Test Racks for 75×13 mm (3×1/2) Coupons (quantity 5) consist of PVC Corrosion test rack (1), 2 transparent section, PVC plugs, 4 Nylon coupon holding rods, 55 C, 3.5 bar - Accessories Flow orifice (1.7 – 2.3 m/s @ 1-3 bar), quantity (5). - Spare parts a-(1) PVC plug for holding rod quantity( 4) b- Nylon holding rod, 150 mm long, with screw and nut quantity( 4) c- Nylon screw and nut set for holding rods quantity (10). 9- Corrosion Meter (Checkmate tm Plus) Cosasco company (quantity 2) Specifications a- Compatibility : All standard ER probes ,All ER remote data Collectors. b- Metal Loss Resolution : 0.1 Division 0.01 % of probe Span. c- Metal Loss Repeatability: ± 1 Division 0. 1 % of probe Span. d- Memory : Stores up 204 individual probes (80 readings per probe). e- Power Source : Batteries. f- Temperature Range ( 10 C- 50 C) g- Probe Cable: Extension Cables up to 100 ft., (31 m). h- Probes quantity (24). 10-Dosing Pumps for injection corrosion & scale inhibitor quantity ( 6) TYPE ( MILTONROY EUROPE , OBL) As in the Specification below. - Pressure : 7 bar - Capacity: 7 liter /hr minimum - Electric Data Version: 280 v 10%, 50 HZ 11- MSDS: Required. 12- Certificate of Origin. 13- - Packing: - drums must be seated on pallets that can be stacked (4drums per pallet) . |
