| Scope | The company announces its need for supply of nozzle. inst male, akron 4626 or equivalent, 2-1/2 inch 2-1/2 inch inst male marauder nozzle with ball shut off and pistol grip. 1.light weight and straight stream nozzle with multiple fixed constant gallonage setting (30-60-95-125 us gpm). 2.the nozzle shall have stainless steel spinning teeth,multiple pattern with pistol grip. 3.the nozzle shall be having on/off arrangement. 4.the material of shutoff valve shall be made of stainless steel ball. 5.fixed handle in nozzle with good quality grip to hold the nozzle for longer duration. 6.stream pattern adjustment through 1/2 trun. 7.suitable for using with achievement for low expansion/medium expansion foam. 8.quick change facility for rear valve seat. 9.2 1/2 inch male instantaneous coupling to bs 336 and extruded pyrolite body. 10.the nozzle shall also have minimum 110 degree angle at wide fog,a full time swivel inlet be capable of flushing without shutting down and must meet nfpa 1964-1998 edition. 11.maximum weight 5 3/4 ibs. 12.maximum length-11 inch. 13.maximum working pressure: 12 kg/ cm2. 14.test pressure: 18 k kg/cm2 notes: 1.the responsibility for arraying and testing shall reat with the manufacturer. 2.one sample nozzle is required for testing the performance at site. 3.all components of the monitor shall be suitable for fresh water, bracking water and sea-water services 4 .minimum 5 years warranty. 5.the bidder has to submit the spare part list detail drawing. 6.required certificates as follows 6.1 test certificates at 1.5 of the working pressure. 6.2 nozzles performance certificate. 6.3 compliance certificate certifying full conformity with the requirements of our specification akron 4626 or equal in place of akron 4626. |
