| Scope | The company announces its need to Rent VSAT Internet Services, for Emergency Chamber at MOG Head quarter premises in Dahra at Tripoli, by durable method of Internet System That is to overcome on existing difficulties of power Grid interruptions, which effect negatively on work process, especially urgent work as a result of wherever and whenever failure occur on overlong terrestrial ISP nodes. Objectives: – A- Provide Internet –VSAT on MOG Headquarter “Dahra” Premises. B- The system shall be Backbone Equipment for MOG Emergency Chamber. C- The Internet Bundle source shall be abroad, to be in harmony with the target of the Emergency Chamber . D- The Equipment and Services Availability, Reliability, Throughput BW, Manageability and Affordability shall be preserved in High Level. E- The Internet Services Bandwidth is without Contention Model. Simplified SOW:- i. The technical proposal is preferable to be in two options of bands; C and KU. ii. MOG in principle is interested in 10 mbps –Downlink and 8 mbps- Uplink. iii. The Services is yearly rental contract iv. Troubleshooting and system observation on, for instance, CIR& CDR, shall be acquired, through certified and reliable software application, within MOG LAN. v. The Services shall be guaranteed overlong the contract period. |
