Scope | The company announces its need for Upgrade PF Electrical Power System at Beda oil field Project No- O-54. This project is required to be executed on EPC turnkey basis involving all required detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction works, complete testing and commissioning. This project is divided into three parts: - 34.5 kV Electrical Transmission Line Replacement of the existing 34.5 kV OHL Network and installation of new Overhead Power Lines, total length is approximately 62 km, with associated civil works, installation of new poles on new foundations, new OPGW for earthing & SCADA System, etc. The replacement consists of installation of new OHL circuits. After installation of the above OHL circuits, the existing circuits shall be dismantled and removed from the Project site due to safety reasons. Replacement and Installation of new Substations at Power Generation Plants and Kotla-2 Area - 4.16 kV Distribution Network Replacement of the damaged 4.16 kV OHL Poles and equipment at complete Beda Oil Field with associated civil works. Which is estimated to be 15% of the whole 4.16 kV distribution network, The total length of the 4.16 kV distribution network is approximately 72 km, - SCADA System The main project objective is to install a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition SCADA system to monitor, control and manage the status of the entire electrical power system network, comprising of power generators, transmission lines, substations, transformers, distribution lines, consumers and protection system. The SCADA system features should include generation maintenance/management reports. |
