Scope | The company announces its need for supply of Messla/Sarir electrical network SCADA system Project No- K-47. Part A: The Scope of Supply covers all required activities of site visit/inspection for data gathering, detailed engineering, procurement, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, complete testing and commissioning, and/or other related services for the Upgrading of 33/3.3 kV Substations in Messla, Majid and Sarir (EPC contract) not limited to the information laid out in this document. Work shall be completed as per COMPANY Specifications as well as full satisfaction of COMPANY Maintenance, Technical Affair, HSE and Operation Departments as. The total responsibility for the functional design of each item in their entirety shall always remain with the Contractor regardless of review and approval of drawings, specifications, procedures, any documents, etc., by the Company. The 33/3.3 kV Switchgears that requires to be replaced, including its related equipment and/or auxiliary system, shall be as follows: 1. Switchgear SG-3011 , Switchgear Hi-Line , Switchgears GC1A, GC1B, GC2, GC3, GC4 (33kV ). 4. SWDB12 (3.3kV ). The Scope of Work covered by this Specification includes the supply and installation of all items, whether mentioned in detail or not, to complete the installation and/or supply and put it into operation according to the requirements of this specification. Part B: As mentioned, part of upgrading sub-station facilities is the replacement of switchgears in different sites. The sub-stations will be equipped with RTUs to form the SCADA system. may require laying of new FO cables, erection of microwave tower, parabolic antennas, RTU local control stations(LCR), Procurement of hardware equipment, software licenses, engineering, skill, trade and labor man-hour, mobilization, construction and project management, provisions for construction equipment and tools. Contractor shall provide field study/assessment report during preliminary stage, concept design, bill of materials, cost-estimate, detailed design engineering, procurement, prototype, testing, site works and commissioning. Control Rooms. There are two (2) MCR buildings planned, one in Sarir and the other in Messla. These MCR must be interoperable, where both operators can control/monitor respective areas when warranted. The building should be designed to accommodate personnel and equipment, large enough to housed equipment(s) such as, IT-Server room, main operation hall for HMI/control consoles, office space, meeting room, storage, toilet, and pantry area. |
