| Scope | The company issues tender opportunity to interested and reputable Contractors with suitable equipment and relevant experience for consideration to tender for the Provision of Well Suspension and Landing String Rotation services for its Deep Offshore operations on its deep and long drain deep water wells. The expected duration of this contract is two (2) years plus one (1 + 1) years optional extension. The scope of work shall include the following: • Provision of lower completions and/or production liner drill pipe landing string rotation equipment and services for very long horizontal drains (ERD wells in some cases) which shall include the following: o Provision of string rotation sub equipment with appropriate quantities of back-up, redress kits and spares to enable re-dress as required after equipment deployment in the well. o All equipment and spares for 5 wells shall be made readily available in country with replenishment stock anticipated and made readily available o Provision of offshore support for the deployment of above listed tools o Provision of onshore support including but not limited to: Software simulations with well trajectory to determine the need for tool deployment, validation/calibration of simulation model with running data from offshore, data gathering and tracking/monitoring as well as string optimization proposals to improve efficiency; Support to offshore personnel for trouble shooting issues and specialist advice to guarantee successful lower completions and/ or liner deployment; • Provision of Well suspension equipment and services which shall include the following: o Provision of well suspension plugs equipped with ball valves or sliding sleeves qualified to ISO 14310 V0 and ISO 28781 V1 in the following sizes for 10 ¾” and 14” casing applications: 2 each of 10 ¾” suspension plugs; 2 each of 14” suspension plugs; o Provision of appropriate quantities of redress kits and spare parts; o Provision of offshore support for the deployment of above listed tools o Provision of onshore support including but not limited to: Support to offshore personnel for trouble shooting issues and specialist advice to guarantee successful deployment and recovery of suspension plugs when required; CONTRACTOR obligations shall include (but not limited to): • Provide a valid organizational organigram for the onshore support and offshore execution of SERVICES with PERSONNEL having the required experience, qualification and valid training according to CONTRACTOR qualification and training policies and in accordance with COMPANY requirement. • Ensure that all required equipment is available in a timely manner, fully prepared, tested and commissioned as required and in first class condition in accordance with the requirements of the applicable operating manuals, operating instructions and of the latest regulations. • Ensure that all equipment and products shipped offshore are packaged and slinged in accordance with COMPANY requirements. • Provision of back up equipment, spare parts and consumables necessary for all operations. • Providing specialist assistance offshore during drilling/completion or well intervention operations. • Providing an Engineering follow-up during the completions - analyse the problems encountered in the delivery of SERVICES, propose and implement corrective measures to avoid problem of re-occurrence and propose, when practical, new procedures, tools or equipment that would improve the operational and HSE performance. • Providing the SERVICES in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with CONTRACTOR’s own and COMPANY’s requirements and applicable regulations. • Post-offshore operation support: redress and storage of equipment, post operations review meetings. |
