| Scope | The company announces its need for providing workers in the directorates of the General Company for Homs Refinery. The contractor's obligations: 1. In the event that the contractor does not commit to provide the workers necessary for the tasks entrusted to him, the administration has the right to employ workers to carry out the required work at the contractor's cost, regardless of the costs and without the right to object to that. |
