Company’s intention is to raise Two (2) Purchase Agreements for the two geographically separate areas Contract A: covers the buildings in the Northern side of the Refinery; Contract B: For the buildings and work sites located in the Southern side of the Refinery, including the buildings in Sitra and Wharf on two separate contractors for a period of FOUR (4) years. However, under no circumstances the same bidder shall be awarded both the contracts. |
