Scope The company announces its need for Provision for Upgrade & Moderation Public Address and General Alarm Systems (PAGA) and facilities.

Scope of Work
The company intends to Upgrade & Modernization of Public Address General Alarm Systems “PAGA” within the area of the contract “A” and “B” located about 65 km southeast of the “Gallo city ” in the Libyan desert.
Currently the facilities include the following stations:-
- A-100 Oil field about 65 km South-East of Gallo City.
- R82 station (Rimal), about 70 km East of A-100.
- OO- Oil station, about 20 km North-West of R82.
- UU – Oil station, about 35 km East of A-100.
- KK- Oil station, about 15 km South-West of UU.
- A-100 Airport station, about 10 km South-West.

Contractor shall engineer, procure, supply, construct and install all items required components to form a complete public Address redundant systems’ and shall system, ensure that the design and items offered shall result in a complete working system, covering all existing and new zones /Areas, on a turn-key basis as required by the Company, after commissioning by Contractor.

Contractor shall replace any related item of to the existing system as (cable junction box, loudspeaker …etc.) that appear to be damaged or in bad condition.

Contractor shall engineer, supply, construct and install new cabling, junction boxes and loudspeaker for new zones/ Areas as well as the relevant connections to active equipment.

Contractor shall be responsible for the following activities of the all Areas and not limited to:-
1. Mandatory preliminary sits survey (before the official offer).
2. Engineering, project management and QC.
3. Planning and scheduling.
4. Materials procurement.
5. Factory Acceptance Test
6. Supply and delivery of materials.
7. Installation and testing of new passive devices / cables for new zones.
8. Installation and testing of new active equipment together with all the specialized tools and testing equipment required to install commission and maintain the systems.
9. Connect of the new active device to new / existing devices network.
10. Remove of the exiting active equipment.
11. Remove existing damaged passive devices / cables.
12. Pre- commissioning, commissioning and start – up.
13. Sits Acceptance Test and Hand Over.
14. Documentation, design and fabrication detail of all supplied / installed items and products (e.g., Manuals,” As –built “documentation).
