| Scope | The company announces its need for supply of Phased Array Ultrasonic (PAUT+TOFD) Flow Detector. Scope: 1-Therequiredis to supply compact phased-array ultrasonic (PAUT+TOFD) flow detector, portable and light weight, suitable to work in field and workshop, scan and detect flows in deferent kinds of weld and metallic parts, provides all standard phased array techniques like: - Sector and linear scan+ conventional UT with single and dual elements transducers. -TOFD(time of flight diffraction) technique. 2- Quantity : one set contains all necessary accessories to perform the required tasks of device. Technical Specification : 1- Display data and inspection results and measurement parameters on colored LCD touch screen ,with size 8" at least, and resolution (1024×600) at least,and provide with USB and Ethernet ports. 2- Protection: IP 65 at least. 3- Operating temperature range:-10 to +45°c. 4- Instrument can test and scan by: A scan/B scan/C scan/D scan /S scan and display it on screen in same time . 5- Probes : instrument must be provide with required probes and accessories(cables, wedges ,shoes….etc ) for all methods and scan techniques. -Provide wedges and shoes for probes with shapes and angles suitable for liner and sector scan for all types of welds and metallic parts ( plates ,pipes, shafts , cylinders) . - provide crawlers for probes using for flow detection include single crawler scan connected with one probe ,and crawlers can connected with two probes together for scan two sides of weld. - provide detailed list of probes and accessories(cables ,wedges ,shoes , crawlers….ets) unpriced in technical offer and priced in financial offer ,and Suitable parts shall be selected from the list while the technical study . 6 -Instrument can inspect all kinds of welded joints (plate welds , pipe and tube welds with diameters 2" and above )in addition to inspect another metallic parts like shafts and cylinders. 7 - Pulse frequency range: 2-10 MHzat least . 8 - Band width range: 0.5-20 MHz at least . 9- Scan angle range : -89° - + 89° by step: 1. 10 - Instrument has (2) channels at least for his required functions : PAUT: 16/64 or 32/128- UT and TOFD :2 - 11 - Instrument can scan and inspect both side of the weld in same time for all kinds of welds. 12- Power supply: AC current (220V - 50 Hz) And suitable rechargeable batteries with working time (5) hours at least. 13- Instrument has completely software function , calibration wizard , analysis results, Save and print it. 14- Instrument can connect with PC |
