| Scope | The company announces its need for Provision for Telecommunications service via satellite (V-SAT) for all company sites. Scope of Work The company intends to call all companies for a (V-Sat) Connectivity Bidder to the minimum requirements for the functional, Technical, Performance and Operational requirements of MOG Back up interconnectivity through VSAT operating in Ku band on Rental basis for Communications between the following Company Locations, The Objectives-: A- The type of the VSAT is VSAT Data Capacity/Domestic Satellite Communication Network B- Provide VSAT System on MOG headquarter Dahra Premises at Tripoli. c- Provide VSAT System on all MOG oil fields sites. D- The system shall be Backbone Equipment in case of terrestrial systems failure and run in load balance mode in normal operation. E- The Topology of the system network is a Star Topology. With considering a case of central node reaches Failure, shall address communications to a temporary central node and so forth. F- The Data Services Capacity Bandwidth is without Contention Model. G- The Technical aspects: Availability ,Reliability ,Scalability Observability, manageability and operability shall Be in high performance. Simplified SOW :- I. The period of the contract shall be three years II. The technical proposal is preferable to be KU band. III. MOG in principle is interested in 20 mbps Bandwidth. IV. The system equipment shall be proposed in two options; rental and possessive. V. Troubleshooting and system observation on ,for instance, CIR&CDR, shall be acquired, through certified and reliable software application within MOG LAN. VI. Sensitivity Analysis of the system shall be provided and performed in real environment operation. VII. There are 10 sites plus headquarter office in Tripoli shall be covered by the VSAT system ,as follows ; Abu-Attifel concession at AIwahat area , located in south east Ejdabia city in around 300 km far . It contains four sites. Benghazi city. EIfeel Oil field . it is close to obary city, located in south west Libya ,it contains three sites . Mellitah complex. Off-sure site at Bouri field. |
