| Scope | The company announces its need for Provision of VSAT link KUT to CNPC Service. - Contractor provides satellite link service (bandwidth: 3Mbps upload/4Mbps download, total 7Mbps, C-band), between KUT and CNPC internal network. - Contractor provides and responsible for all the equipment used in this system. - All the equipment and accessories are required to meet the demand of local environment. - At least 8 CNPC internal network IP addresses. - Contractor responsible for the transport and customs clearance of all equipment. ?Contractor responsible for all equipment installation and configuration. Contractor provides detailed list of equipment and implementation plans. After the contract is signed, the implementation period is no more than three months.
