| Scope | The company announces its need for Provision of Multiport Flow Selector Technical Support Service for Production Facilities. The brief scope of work for this tender shall be inclusive of but not limited to the following: • Provide skilled manpower with required spares, instrument and tools for technical support for major preventive maintenance and overhaul on a call-off basis; • Perform overhauling including: seals assembly replacement, ports calibration, diagnosis of faults using dedicated software tools, multiport electric actuator set, plug seal adjustment, etc.; • Provide genuine spare parts and necessary software to perform the services; • Provide technical procedures & schedule for operation, preventive & routine planned maintenance for multiport flow selectors in compliance with OEM standards; • Emergency trouble shooting support; • Carry out complete leak test to ensure the functionality of each multiport valve; • Provide onsite training and guidance to PetroChina staff. |
