| Scope | The company announces its need for supply of Floated disc-oil unit and portable disc-oil units for wastewater treatment plant. API basin are erected to collect wastewater from most of MRC plants, wastewater contains oil, water, sludge, mud and other materials. There are two basins with length 75 m, width 12 m, depth 4.5 m, they have also an auxiliary equipment such as oil skimming pipe and effluent weir. MRC intends to purchase the following complete devices: - Four Floated Disc-Oil Units (120 m3/hr. for each). Each unit of has separate hydraulic-oil storage and accessories. Each unit of floated disc-oil units has ladder and platform (steel structure) - Two Portable Floated Disc-Oil Units (70 m3/hr. for each) equipped at least with 50-meter hose for each pipe and all accessories. - Wastewater temperature : 30 șC - Fluid handled : Oily waste water - Design flow rate (Continuous) : Operation 750-1000 cu.m.hr - Design 850 cu.m.hr - During storm 1450 cu.m.hr - Inlet suspended solids content: - Normal 500 mg/l - Design 1000 mg/l - Specific gravity :0.92 - PH (industrial wastewater) :4.5-9 - Oil content: - Before disc-oil 50000 ppm - After disc-oil = 100 ppm - Construction Data - Number of Basin:2 - Length :75 m - Width :12 m - Side water depth :4.5 m - Volume : 4050 m3 - Location : Daura Refinery-Iraq - Elevation :40 m above sea river |
