The company announces its need for Risk Based Inspection. This is for Risk-Based Inspection study for refinery units by the experienced and professional RBI service provider, using API RP 580 compliant RBI software such APM GE Meridium. RBI Implementation shall be using Semi-Quantitative approach and shall be in conformance to the requirements of API 580 using Meridium’s GE Digital’s Predix APM RBI module. RBI service provider shall identify corrosion loops and damage mechanisms for both equipment & piping, based on operating conditions normal, start-up or shutdown and upset, stream flows, corrodents damage causing chemicals, fluid characteristics, material specifications, review of inspection records and relevant codes, standards or handbooks. Corrosion study is inclusive of the scope. The identified loops shall be justified and submitted for Bapco review and approval.
