Scope | The company announces its need for Engineering study for E.S.P monitoring and control system for Sarir, Messla and Majid Oil fields. The scope of work will mainly consist of site visit / inspection for data gathering, engineering study, preparation of drawings and documents, and other related services for the engineering study for the development of monitoring and control system for sarir and messla oil field. (Control and monitoring of oil wells, controlling, and monitoring process operation including the study how to improve or replace the existing SCADA system at messla oil field) the study will include a strategic plan and/or implementation roadmap according to the required projects in order to improve and integrate sarir and messla areas. The study to improve the control and monitoring system are intended to be carried out separately by AGOCO aimed to improve this entire infrastructure; however, the consultant must evaluate and propose a roadmap for for the integration of these projects to obtain a unique and whole vision of the system. Actually, projects such as K-48, H-57 and I-61 are intended to be carried out separately by Agoco aimed to improve all this infrastructure, however the consultant must evaluate and propose a roadmap for integration of these projects to obtain a unique and whole vision of the system. In addition, the consultant shall provide a proposal based on the objectives of projects K-48, h-57 and I-61 as a unique project, including basic design, planning schedule and cost estimate. |
