Scope | The company announces its need for Engineering Study for E.S.P Monitoring and Control System for Sarir, Messla and Majid Oil fields. The scope of work will mainly consist of site visit / inspection for data gathering, engineering study, preparation of drawings and documents, and other related services for the engineering study for the development of monitoring and control system for sarir and messla oil field. (Control and monitoring of oil wells, controlling, and monitoring process operation including the study how to improve or replace the existing SCADA system at messla oil field) the study will include a strategic plan and/or implementation roadmap according to the required projects in order to improve and integrate sarir and messla areas. The study to improve the control and monitoring system are intended to be carried out separately by AGOCO aimed to improve this entire infrastructure; however, the consultant must evaluate and propose a roadmap for for the integration of these projects to obtain a unique and whole vision of the system. Actually, projects such as K-48, H-57 and I-61 are intended to be carried out separately by Agoco aimed to improve all this infrastructure, however the consultant must evaluate and propose a roadmap for integration of these projects to obtain a unique and whole vision of the system. In addition, the consultant shall provide a proposal based on the objectives of projects K-48, h-57 and I-61 as a unique project, including basic design, planning schedule and cost estimate. All these projects contain the communication part. This study aims to study all proposals to develop a unified vision that serves all these projects with a unified communications system in line with the current field system. In addition, the consultant shall provide a proposal based on the objectives of projects as a unique project, including basic design, planning schedule and cost estimate. Moreover, the study will consider several scenarios for implementation of on-going projects and new projects to be implemented in the next ten (10) years. Basically these scenarios will help developed basic design for monitoring, communication and control systems at sarir and messla oil fields. The study will include the evaluation of newest and approved technologies for remote data collection, SCADA systems, communication network and field instrumentation for each oil field. |
