The company announces its need for Subscription Services to E-Library Quality and Technical Standards and Publications. The Service Provider shall provide BAPCO REFINING staff with 24 7 365 days of online access to up to date quality processes Standards and technical documents that are licensed by STANDARDS DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS SDOs as stipulated in the Scope of Work specifications for standardization of engineering product specifications test methods best practices journals reports papers e books as well as other science and references for quality reliability automation life expectancy and flexibility and asset expandability These publications are used as reference for normalization of products through implementation of quality processes standardization of engineering activities and product specifications sharing of best practices and development of procedures The Service Provider shall be responsible for providing recommendations for a successful implementation of e Library through a single platform in compliance with the industry best practices followed in the Oil and Gas.
