Scope	The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Pre-Commissioning And Commissioning for Overfill Protection and MOV Upgrade in Tanks at QatarEnergy Refinery, Mesaieed. The Scope of Work includes engineering, procurement, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning for overfill protection and low level protection as described in the scope of work and other assocaited documents for the fifteen tanks CONTRACTOR shall supply all materials, manpower, services, supervision, testing devices, tools, transportation, storage consumables and each and every items of expense necessary for the performance of engineering, procurement, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of control system by replacing existing and their associated hardware/software in accordance with the Scope of Work, specifications, standards, drawings
