Scope of Work: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), operator of the NNPC/MPN Joint Venture requires the following vessels for her Production support: - One (1) x 100 ton bollard pull Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel (AHTSV). - Three (3) x 60ton bollard pull Line Handling Tugs (LHT). - Three (3) x 50ton bollard pull Line Handling Tugs (LHT). - One (1) Single Point Mooring (SPM) Buoy Maintenance Vessel (BMV) - One (1) Mooring Launch + Gang. (ML+G) - One (1) Mooring / Patrol Launch. (M/PL) MPN hereby invites interested contractors with experience in Offshore Supply Vessel operations to indicate their intention to participate for possible inclusion in the tendering list for these Services. Duration is three years primary and two years optional (3+2 years). MPN's offshore installations are located in the Bight of Bonny, south of Qua Iboe Terminal (QIT). These vessels are required for offshore supply and operation support as well as berthing operation support at Bonny River Terminal on the eastern side of the Bonny River mouth. The Services to be performed by the contracted vessels shall include but not be limited to the following: - Materials and Personnel transfer - Towing rigs, barges, crude oil tankers, and other vessel types - Mooring and towing of crude oil tankers up to VLCC at SPM buoy, FPSO or FSO. - Materials transfer between platforms, and between shore bases and platforms/rigs/barges/work barges. - Fuel and fresh water transfer to and from platforms/rigs/barges/work boats. - Handling of mooring hawsers and loading hoses. - Primary fire fighting. - Oil pollution clean up. - Maintenance of SPM buoys and ancillary equipments - Supporting berthing and unberthing of export gas tankers up to VLGC. Supporting surveillance patrol of gas terminal as required by the ISPS code. Minimum Specifications of Vessel For 100ton bollard pull Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels The leading specifications shall be as follows: - Vessel's original year of build shall not be earlier than 2000 - Minimum Bollard Pull of 100 tons - Minimum of 9000 Brake Horse Power - Minimum deck space shall be 350 m2 - Minimum of 2000 tons deadweight For 60 ton bollard pull Line Handling Tugs. The leading specifications shall be as follows: - Vessel's original year of build shall not be earlier than 2000 - Minimum Bollard Pull of 60 tons - Minimum of 4,000 Brake Horse Power - Minimum of 25m3 of oil dispersant storage capacity For 50ton bollard pull Line Handling Tugs. The leading specifications shall be as follows: - Vessel's original year of build shall not be earlier than 2000 - Minimum Bollard Pull of 50 tons - Minimum of 3,000 Brake Horse Power - Minimum of 25m3 of oil dispersant storage capacity For SPM Buoy Maintenance Vessel The leading specifications shall be as follows: - Vessel's original year of build shall not be earlier than 2000. - 2 CPP as well as bow and stern thrusters - Stern roller 4.0 x 1.5 metres. - Minimum clear deck space of 500 m2 with side gates containing vertical and horizontal rollers - Independent saltwater pump to deliver 600m3/hr at 6 bars for loading hoses back flush - Minimum fuel capacity of 1,000,000 litres - Minimum potable water capacity of 250,000 litres - Minimum dispersant capacity of 100,000 litres and 2 X 12 metres spray booms - Minimum foam agent of 25,000 litres. - Minimum recovered crude oil storage capacity of 400,000 litres. - Main Deck Crane – Telescopic boom with 10 ton at 20 meter reach capacity on one side of the deck. - Small Deck Crane ( 5 t SWL) - hydraulic telescope or knuckle boom for OSR For Mooring Launch and Gang. The leading specifications shall be as follows: - The Mooring Gang shall consist of six (6) Able Seamen (AB). - Vessel's original year of build shall not be earlier than 2000 - Minimum length of 8.0 metres. - Minimum engine capacity of 300 BHP - Minimum speed of 8.0 knots For Mooring Launch / Patrol Launch.
