Materials: Body and bonnet: acc to DIN 1.0619 or equivalent, trim 13 % Cr acc to DIN 1.4021 or DIN 1.4006 or equivalent, sizes and pressure: DN = 80 m.m, PN = 64 Bar. - Operating conditions: media is fuel oil, max operation pressure 40 bar, max operation temperature 410° C and each valve equipped with brake system. 2- Supply of # 4 gate valve 16" as the following specifications: Gate valve, electrical driven actuator, cast steel, rising stem, flanged ends, raised face, face to face dimension acc to: ANSI B 16.10, the yoke may be separated from the bonnet, the bonnet and the body below the wedge must have a vent size 1" NPT. Materials: Body and bonnet: acc. to A217 Gr C12 or equivalent, wedge: acc. to A182 Gr F9 + overly or A217 Gr C12 + overly or equivalent, stem: acc. to A276 - 410 T or equivalent, seats: acc. to A182 Gr F321 + overly or equivalent, size and pressure: 16", 150 ASA. - Operating conditions: media is Condensate hydrocarbon gases, Max operation pressure: 5 Bar, Max operation temperature 470° C. - Each valve equipped with brake system. 3- Supply of # 2 gate valve 6" as the following specifications: Cast steel, gate valve, electrical driven actuator, rising stem, flanged ends, raised face, face to Face dimension acc to ANSI B16.10, testing: acc. to API 59. Materials: Body, Bonnet: acc to ASTM A217 Gr C5 or equivalent, gate: acc to A182 GR F6A or WCB + F 6a (HF) or equivalent, seating, stem: 13 % Cr, size and pressure: 6", 300 ASA. - Operating conditions: media is fuel oil, max operation pressure 10 bar, max operation temperature 500° C and each valve equipped with brake system. Technical specification for electric actuator motor: The motor is explosion proof, three phase, induction, squirrel cage motor, totally enclosed, suitable for direct on line starting at ambient temperature of 40° C and elevation up to 1000 m above sea level, with the following specifications: Rated Voltage: 380 V (400 V acceptable), 50 Hz, frequency & voltage deviation acc to IEC, power factor: not less than 0.65, duty: S2, type of explosion proof: EEXD II C T4, enclosure protection: not less than IP 55, class of insulation: F. Technical specification for instrument: Each valve of items 1 and 2 should be equipped with signal transmitter & valve opening indicator as follows: a- Signal transmitter: Output signal: 4-20 ma, power supply 24 V, type of explosion proof: EEX IA II C T5, enclosure protection: not less than IP 65, spar parts: 3 signal transmitters. b- Valve opening indicator: Range: 0- 100 %, input signal: 4 -20 ma, power supply: 220 V ~. 50HZ, auxiliary voltage output: 24 V, galvanic isolating for input signal, display: Analog and digital, IP 65 for front panel, Q= eight (1 for each valve and 2 as spare parts) - Signal cable connect between signal transmitter and valve open indicator (Distance = 200 M) for each valve, total Q = 1500 M. |
