The compressor stator casing contains one stage of inlet guide vanes (igv), six stages of variable stator vanes (VSV) and 10 stages of stationary stator vanes. - Compression ratio: (18:1) nominal. - Hp turbine is a two-stage axial flow type, which is mechanically coupled to the compressor rotor. - Power turbine is a six-stage axial flow type turbine. - Type of fuel: hydrocarbon gas. - The combustor is an annular type with 30 fuel nozzles and 2 spark igniters plugs, fed by (high-energy) igniter unit, igniting the fuel spray from burners flame tubes. - Starting system: hydraulic starter motor coupled to the main shaft through a gear box and clutch. - Lubricating system: re-circulatory system. - The accessory drive assembly is driven through the compressor rotor shaft via the inlet gearbox, radial drive shaft, and transfer gearbox. The accessory gearbox provides mounting for the fuel pump, lube oil pump, air/oil separator, and hydraulic starter. Instrumentation requirements: 1- Complete exhaust thermo-couple harness. 2- Recommended spare parts for one year operation must be included and complete priced list of them must be attached with the offer. 3- Final test at the site and recommissioning must be included. 4- The engine must be warranted for defects arising from faulty design, materials or workman ship. 5- Preserve the engine for long-term storage and pack for delivery.
